Ask them about their experience, how they liked the parlor and whether they are happy with how their tattoo turned out. They will be able to give you the low down on the place they went, which will certainly help you decide if you want to go there yourself. Talk to the employees to get a feel for how they operate and look at the art that they have done. You want the place to be clean, and the employees should be willing to help you. Above all, before you commit to a tattoo parlor you should be 100% confident that they can give you a great tattoo that you will treasure for eternity.
