Birds Tattoo

Birds have long been favorite figures for tattoos. While Americans prefer the Eagle, in Japan they love the Phoenix. Each bird represent different human emotions and every country has a favorite.  For example the dove is usually representative of love and peace, while the parrot hints at playfulness or a taste of the exotic.

Many indigenous tribes have adopted different birds in their culture. Native Americans are particular with the Raven and Crow and see them as clever and tricky. The Haida culture identify most closely with the Eagle or Raven, while the Iroquoi are attached to the Heron or Snipe.
