The Guidance and Love of the Dolphin Tattoo
It is not surprising that humans have such an affinity for the dolphin, given its intelligence and empathy. For ancient seafarers the dolphin was considered a good luck charm or a symbol of protection and guidance. Lost sailors were often helped back to port with the assistance of dolphins.
